Dr. Dana Ludmer is a clinical psychologist who specializes in helping adults and children heal from trauma, break unhealthy patterns, and deepen meaningful relationships in their lives. She earned her undergraduate degree from McGill University and her doctorate from Antioch University.

Dr. Ludmer completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Hudson Valley Veterans Affairs Hospital, focusing on complex PTSD, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies (NIP), with advanced training in integrative trauma therapy.

She is a certified EMDR therapist (EMDRIA), an Intermediate-level Somatic Experiencing practitioner (SEI), and a registered yoga teacher (YTT 200, Yoga Alliance). She integrates body-based approaches into her work and continues to serve as a clinical affiliate and Executive Committee member in NIP’s Integrative Trauma Program.
