Dr. Ludmer specializes in working with individuals to heal from trauma, break unhealthy patterns, and deepen positive relationships in their lives. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at McGill and Antioch University, respectively. Dr. Ludmer completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Hudson Valley Veteran Affairs Hospital, working with individuals struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and substance misuse. She has also worked at various college counseling centers and has advanced training in treating young adults. Dr. Ludmer completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies (NIP), where she is received specialized training in EMDR. In addition to her clinical work at Center Psychology Group, she is currently a program assistant for the Integrative Trauma Certificate Program at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies.
